F series
The F connectors are one of miniature connectors. F connectors are used in a variety of RF applications including cable television (CATV), set top boxes, cable modems, and other 75 ohm systems. Additionally, these female connectors must still accept .022 to .042 inch diameter conductors.
The characteristic impedance of the F series coaxial connectors is 75 ohm, they are applicable with good electric properties up to 3 GHz.
F series coaxial connectors meet the specification of IEC 60169-24.
